Il pagamento delle merci ordinate puo’ avvenire nei seguenti modi:
CONTRASSEGNO: il pagamento avverrà per
contanti o assegno circolare (intestato a Officina Bellincioni – Sandigliano –
non trasferibile) al corriene nel momento in cui viene effettuata la consegna del prodotto.
- BONIFICO BANCARIO: tramite il vostro Home Banking, o attraverso qualunque sportello bancario, effettuate il pagamento con bonifico

Per accelerare la consegna inviare sempre via fax al nr. +
39.015.2493900 o via mail la ricevuta del bonifico bancario.
- Termini e condizioni.
La merce si intende sempre Ex Works, i costi relativi al trasporto Vi saranno comunicati al momento
dell’ordine e sono variabili in funzione della destinazione, del peso e dell’ingombro, nonché della copertura assicurativa richiesta dal cliente. L’onere del trasporto viene
addebitato al cliente in fattura, potendo cosi’ usufruire di una tariffa agevolata concordata da Bellincioni con i propri spedizionieri.
E’ obbligo del cliente verificare
, all’atto del ricevimento, l’integrità degli imballi e in caso di manomissioni o danneggiamenti, apporre sul documento di trasporto le relative riserve controfirmate dal vettore,
pena la decadenza di ogni garanzia.
Eventuali reclami dovranno pervenire entro 7 giorni dal ricevimento della merce, documentandoli e tenendo quanto danneggiato a nostra
disposizione. In caso di manomissione e uso incauto del prodotto decade ogni garanzia e responsabilità di Bellincioni.
Modalità.
Per merce pronta a magazzino il pagamento si intende sempre anticipato o in contrassegno.
Per merce da realizzare o in corso di approntamento il pagamento è suddiviso in due modalità:
- 30% all’ordine ;
- 70%
contrassegno, bonifico o a merce pronta (al ricevimento del pagamento si effettua la consegna).

ON GOOD RECEIPT (COD): when the forwarder delivers the goods you can pay him cash or give him an

BANK BACS/SWIFT: you can pay by bacs through you home banking or at any bank branch. The bank details of

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The order processing in use at Bellincioni ensures the best customer service.
For every order received Bellincioni issues an order confirmation with a reference number (which
should always be quoted in any communication with Bellincioni and sends it either by post, fax or e-mail.
In the order confimation you will find the delivery terms, lead times, and prices agreed, the descriptionof the
products and quantities.
The price written on the order confirmation is fixed whatever the rate exchange fluctuation.
As far as the general conditions are concerned, please refer to the official Bellincioni web site.
In case of a late delivery the customer will be obviusly informed but Bellincioni won't be liable for it. The
delivery terms are always ex-works, the freight costs will be confirmed when the order is placed as they may vary according to the destination, the weight or the volume, as well as
the insurance if required. The freight costs will be put on the invoice so that the customer con benefit of the special rates agreed between Bellincioni and its forwarders.
At the time of delivery the customer MUST check that the package is unflawed and, in the event of damage, he must
put his reservations - countersigned by the carrier - on the delivery note, otherwise the warranty will be invalid. Any complaint should be made within 7 days from the receipt of the
goods, it should be fully documented and the damaged goods have to be kept at Bellincioni disposal for inspection.
Bellincioni won't be responsible for any manumission or improper use which will make the warranty invalid.
METHOD
For goods in stock the payment is always in advance or on delivery (Cod). For goods to be producer or in process,
the payment will be made in two parts:
50% deposit at the order (the order confirmation is issued when the payment is received);
50% balance when the goods is ready (the goods are shipped immediately after the receipt of the
balance) or at delivery.
